RingOn Operational SMS Alerts
These Terms and Conditions ("SMS Program Terms") govern enrollment in and use of the RingOn Operational SMS Alerts program (the "Program") operated by RingOn Service Corp. ("RingOn", "we", "us"). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these terms.
Enrollment in the Program is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of employment, contracting, payment, on-call rotation assignment, or access to any RingOn service. If you choose not to enroll, you will continue to receive operational alerts through email and the internal incident dashboard.
The Program delivers operational alerts and incident notifications to enrolled recipients. Messages cover the following five categories only:
Messages contain only the alert type, the affected site, severity level, and a secure incident link for response coordination. No marketing, promotional, or third-party content is sent through this Program.
Up to 30 messages per month. Actual frequency varies by on-call rotation activity and incident volume. Critical incident periods may briefly exceed the typical range.
Msg & data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received under this Program. RingOn does not charge a separate fee for participation.
